Heather O’Neill is an award-winning Realtor® serving Ottawa and Toronto, specializing in recreational and luxury river and lakefront properties. Born in Western Canada and raised in Ontario, she spent her summers on her family’s dairy farms in Oxford County, where she developed a strong appreciation for community and hard work.
Before pursuing her passion for real estate, Heather built a diverse professional background in corporate roles with Livingston International, Toyota Canada, Rx Canada and Canopy Growth Corporation. Currently serving as Eastern Ontario Director for the Ontario Realtors Care® Foundation, Heather is deeply committed to community impact and advancing housing solutions. She is also a dedicated community leader, supporting organizations such as OSA Private School and its registered charity, the Canada Games Council (2022–2024), and Ottawa Victim Services, where she received a Five-Year Service Award in 2024. She has also been appointed to three consecutive terms on the Ottawa Real Estate Board’s Government & Community Relations Committee, where she advocates on municipal, provincial, and federal housing policy.

Empowerment in real estate is so important. I believe women should approach both living and partnership choices with confidence and foresight. My home office is modest yet meaningful. Both at home and at the brokerage, my desk is the place where some of my most important work takes shape—drafting offers, conducting home searches, sharing joyful news with clients, and navigating more difficult conversations when needed. To me, my office represents the dedication and commitment I bring each day to serving my clients.
Hands down—two epic road trips with my kids. For my daughter’s 10th birthday, we drove 2,300 km across the United Kingdom through Dublin, Cork, Galway, Belfast, Edinburgh, Nottingham and London! With my son, we did another 2,300 km on an MLB tour through Toronto, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Atlantic City, Philadelphia and New York. Sharing these journeys with my children created memories we will always cherish. (And if you haven’t experienced a Phillies game yet—I highly recommend it!)
Winter, without question! Being a January baby, I live for snow. Give me skiing, skating, and all the cozy snacks that come with it. Believe it or not, I even miss those freezing Fort McMurray winters when leaving the house felt like an Olympic event. I do love to Golf as well, but if we’re hitting a round it has to be early morning or late afternoon. Ontario heat/humidity + Golfing is one of my least favourite activities, but I’ll do it, if it’s for Charity!
